This is, as expected, a clean and well organized office. The office staff are courteous and professional. I have so much faith in Dr. Townsend. I saw him years ago for an upper blepharoplasty. It’s quick and one of the best decisions I’ve made to enhance my appearance. I’ve referred him to family and friends, who all love their eyes, post procedure. He is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable about the eyes. He was able to swiftly navigate the problem I presented with at the office. He decided on a procedure for diagnosis, explained to me what he was doing today. So we will see how this works out ! Dr. Townsend has a sense of humor and looks impeccably dressed all the time.
